Returns Policy
Products purchased please do not return, we only accept returns provided the product is defective.
- For defective products (wrong size, wrong description), we accept to exchange other products for you. We will provide information for you to send back to us, we will support the shipping fee when shipping your goods back to you.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund*. We'll also provide a shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (17 to 30 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

*A restocking fee (15%) may be applied on a case by case basis.

Shipping

- Our standard transit time is 12-20 business days from the time you place your order. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for us to process your order prior to shipment.
A tracking number will be e-mailed typically within 3~5 days after your order is shipped.Tracking information will be automatically uploaded as soon as the item has been shipped.Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address during checkout as the address cannot be changed after checkout. We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverables addresses.

We do not ship to AK, HI, PO boxes, or APO addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes – please be sure to provide the actual street address for delivery -
orders submitted with P.O. Box for shipping address will not be processed.

In some cases, we couldn't provide tracking number. We will update the tracking number (if available) within 72 hours. Most of items will be arrives within 7-14 days. Over this time, if you still not receive your item, please contact us and we will refund the full amount to your account
